• Rebranded and customized the Inji Web digital wallet into FaydaPass, implementing UI components and user flows aligned with Ethiopia's National ID branding.
• Implemented TOTP-based two-factor authentication within the Fayda Verify mobile application to strengthen user identity verification.

Hijra Bank

• Co-developed a bank-wide KYC platform to digitize customer onboarding across branches and head office using a multi-tiered Maker-Checker workflow.
• Built role-based React user interfaces and Spring Boot REST APIs supporting identity submissions, multi-stage approvals, rejections, and reporting.
• Integrated LDAP/Active Directory with Spring Security and JWT to enforce organization-wide role-based access control (RBAC).
• Designed the MySQL schema for branch hierarchies, KYC records, and audit logs, deploying the full-stack system on internal bank servers.

• Built a multi-branch ERP covering inventory, procurement, sales, expenses, payments, and reporting.
• Implemented branch-scoped inventory with separate VAT and non-VAT stock pools, average-cost tracking, and low-stock monitoring.
• Developed sales and purchasing workflows with full, partial, and credit payments, returns, and multi-method payment records (cash, TeleBirr, bank).
• Built dashboards and PDF reports for sales, profitability, cash flow, VAT, and inventory.
• Enforced role-based access control (Owner, Receptionist) in the API and frontend; added real-time notifications using a transactional outbox.

Trading & Stock Management ERP

• Developed an import-to-sale trading and stock management system covering procurement, customs, inventory, sales, receivables, and financial reporting.
• Engineered landed-cost calculation (customs, freight, logistics) into per-batch inventory costs for accurate COGS and profitability.
• Implemented FIFO batch inventory, stock aging, and automated fulfillment on approved sales.
• Built a multi-stage sales workflow (quotation, payment verification, approval, fulfillment, reversal) across Sales, Finance, and Admin roles.
• Implemented Ethiopian tax workflows (15% VAT, 3% withholding) and role-based P&L, COGS, and VAT reporting.
• Maintained and extended both systems in production: shipped features, resolved issues, and adapted workflows to client feedback.
